Mount Merapi

Mount Merapi, located in Yogyakarta has an altitude (2914 meters) is still considered an active volcano and the most dangerous in Indonesia, but it offers a panoramic and beautiful natural attractions and amazing. Geographically located in the border districts of Sleman (Yogyakarta), Magelang regency (Central Java), Boyolali (Central Java) and Klaten (Central Java). Located 30 km to the north of Yogyakarta, 27 km to the east of the town of Magelang, 20 km to the west of the City of Boyolali and 25 km to the north of the town of Klaten.

Two of which were shown by Becekan Ceremony and Ceremony following Lahar Flood :

Becekan ceremony, Dandan also called Kali or Kali Memetri which means maintaining or improving the river environment, such as ceremonies to ask the rain in the dry season which lasts in Kalurahan Kepuharjo, Cangkringan District, Sleman regency. The river water is very important to the locals for agricultural purposes. It is said that the ceremony is usually held immediately after the rain so the ground became muddy so ago called becekan. Also be interpreted as muddy intangible offerings of cooked goat meat curry.

 Hamlet who perform this ceremony, among others: Pagerjurang Hamlet, Hamlet and Hamlet Manggong billowing. The ceremony was presided over by a muezzin, and was followed by three residents of the village. Please note that this entire series of events must be made / followed by the men and offerings should never be touched by women and the sacrifices of goats to be goats.
Lahar Flood ceremony, the tradition of the population around the volcano, especially in responding to disasters lava. One of them can be witnessed in Tambakan Hamlet, Village Sindumartani, Cangkringan subdistrict, Sleman regency, as one of the villages that are often impassable lava disaster (cold or hot) from Mount Merapi.

Mount Bromo and the Beautiful Sunset

Mount Bromo was one of the aims of the tour in East Java. This nature tourist attraction was located in the Bromo Tengger Se- Meru National Park in east the Malang city, East Java.
