Soto Indonesia is The Soup Of The Most Preferred Tourist

Soto is a menu which is favored by the tourists when they travel to Indonesia. Soto is a dish for the tourists call it soup menu. We, Indonesian, make a difference between Soup and Soto. We use more spices for cooking Soto than for Soup.

Soto Kudus - Indonesia Soup

There are many kind of Soto. I have ever posted one here. To cook Soto Mie we boiled beef meat with the spices, and then serve it with mie (noodle), minced tomatoes, potatoes and risoles. Eating it with Sambel (chili sauce).

Soto Madura

 This food is called soto ayam. It is a kind of chicken soup, and you eat it with rice. There are many kinds of soto in Indonesia, and this one is the typical soto ayam.

 There are many kinds of Soto in Indonesia because every Propence in Indonesia has its own characteristics. Even one Propence in Indonesia have a few kinds of Soto.
